Duality constantly forces us to choose between opposing possibilities, causing one potential to remain unrealized.

The only resolution is this: to recognize all opposites as part of the whole. Without them, the totality would be incomplete. For example: peace and war, fortune and misfortune go hand in hand, extreme joy leading to sorrow.

God: To create the material reality you desire, understand how to make the superstrings vibrate according to your chosen pattern.

Nī: Very well, then, what causes the vibrations of superstrings to accelerate or decelerate? What makes their frequencies higher or lower? 

God: You.

Nī: Me? 

God: Yes. All of you, through your thoughts, language, and actions, bring about change.

Thought is vibration. It is measurable.

Language is the vibration of the vocal cords;

behavior is the vibration of the entire body in one way or another.

These vibrations form various specific patterns and frequencies, thereby becoming waves; these waves induce particular types of disturbances in the energy patterns of life itself (invisible superstring patterning and continuously changing motion), resulting in ever-changing matter.

Nī: This is the alchemy of life! 

God: Yes, through your thoughts, words, and actions, you can alter the "frequency of life," thereby changing the energy pattern of "your being," and consequently transforming the energy you emit to the world.

Whenever the energy fields within you and around you change, you generate new fluctuations in the space-time continuum, resulting in new transformations in your life.

Meditation or prayer is an advanced form of energy transformation. Imagine that what you desire is a higher-level form of energy manipulation, and that speaking your words is a higher-level form of energy attunement.

Vibrational changes occur in accordance with shifts in your state of consciousness, and your experience of time varies due to differences in these vibrational changes. In the altered state of consciousness, time seems to either stand still or accelerate significantly.

Many people, after entering deep meditation, feel as if they have experienced eternity—only to realize that, in the external reality, it was merely a brief moment.

Conversely, some individuals enter into prayer or quiet contemplation and feel as if only a brief moment has passed, only to look up at the clock and realize that more than an hour has elapsed. Individuals who have had such experiences report that time seems to either contract or expand. The actual situation is as follows: You are moving slower or faster within the corridor of time, while the corridor itself neither shortens nor lengthens.

You Cannot Escape Your Creations 

“Escape”

means returning
to what you tried to avoid

You cannot escape your creations

Even death
does not erase them

Because the “void”
does not truly exist

Wherever you go
you encounter
your own projections

You will continuously confront the creations of your own making, with no possibility of escape. 

Ending one’s life to avoid these circumstances does not generate any situation that allows for true escape. 

The desire to avoid pain is natural and constitutes a part of human behavior. However, in this specific moment’s action, the individual attempts to flee not from the external hardships (e.g., poverty, illness, suffering, debt, bankruptcy), but from the experience of the soul inhabiting the current body. 

Those who commit suicide find this experience unbearably painful and difficult, and thus seek to enter a void where nothing must be faced and no fear exists. Yet, people cannot enter such a void because it does not exist. Wherever you go in the universe, space is always filled with something. 

Nī: What is that something? 

God: It is your own creation. 

Wherever you go, you will face the creations of your own making, and you cannot escape them—nor would you want to—because you create your creations in order to recreate yourself. Therefore, avoiding them is detrimental to you. 

It can be said that “avoidance” means “returning” to the very thing you seek to avoid. 

What you die from is what you will continue to live by.
